We build young adults' capacity for emotional health
Young adulthood can be isolating. From school to careers, relationships to family dynamics, many people aged 18–28 feel pressure about their future and place in the world. Our approach allows them to feel safe speaking up and expressing their feelings.
This is a great time in life to process old traumas and address negative patterns that no longer serve you. Our young adult counselling helps build young adults’ capacity for emotional health, using their strengths to let them thrive with stronger, healthier relationships.

Our Approach
We use a holistic and integrative approach for young adults
We offer traditional talk therapy such as Emotion-focused, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), solution-focused and narrative approaches. As well as body-based practices such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and accelerated resolution therapy (ART) to process trauma and rewire the brain.
