About Us

Our Story

Meet the founder

Hello, I'm Tasha Belix

Clinical Director, Author, Speaker & Psychologist

Ten years ago, I opened this practice to support young people in navigating life’s challenges. As they grew, so did our services—expanding to help families, couples, and the young adults those youth became.

Today, Belix Psychology offers support to the whole family and a wide range of services. All of our therapists share my passion for helping others—and my excitement to meet you!

If I seem familiar, we may have crossed paths before. Before opening my practice, I worked with children in foster care and acted as a psychologist for Strathcona Tweedsmuir. I also created (and still volunteer at) the Alex Youth Health Center Parenting Group, developed the B’tween Girls Programs, and advocate for Fast & Female, encouraging girls to stay active in sports.
